This hotel fulfilled my luxurious needs with exclusive amenities like a sauna and hot tub that were spotlessly clean, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The spacious room was elegantly decorated and offered a comfortable bed, while the private facilities were top-notch. The location was ideal, near the metro station and easy to reach the city's attractions.
The only negative aspect of my stay was the restaurant. The breakfast had a limited selection, and the quality was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Relatively comfortable hotel in an industrial, non-touristy city.
I would imagine very few foreign tourists come to Changsha so there were some comical language/cultural issues during my stay. There is no WIFI in the rooms. Offered extra services at the massage centre.

Beautiful hotel with English-speaking staff. All areas of the hotel as well as my room were very clean and very nicely decorated, with new carpet that was not soiled. Just beautiful! Air conditioning worked excellently. The hotel's buffet meals were fantastic! Great seafood, along with chinese and western foods in abundance. I look forward to my next stay here!
The service in the bar on the main floor needs much improving. The first time I went in for a drink, the waitress told me that they did not have any Bloody Marys available, and no other cocktails were available. It took the hotel's concierge to get proper service for me. I had a Manhattan finally. The next day, I went into the bar for tea and the waitress did not bother to clean the debris out of the ashtray that was on the table, though now she gave more conscientious service.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area, with the metro station on line 2 just a stone's throw away. This makes it easy to explore the city and visit attractions like Furong Square, Orange Isle, and Yuelu Mountain. The rooms are nice and provide a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, allowing guests to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, with a mix of Eastern and Western options, ensuring that everyone will find something they enjoy.
The noise from the nearby road and adjacent rooms can be a bit bothersome for light sleepers.

Location is convenience and easy access to other parts of the city, also high speed train is only about half any hour away from the hotel. Apart from the above ratings, the food and beverage is also good and reasonably prices. Excellent on the whole.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff, who could communicate in English, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The elegant interiors and spacious room provided a clean and cozy environment. The hotel's location in Furong square, close to a station on metro line 2, made transportation convenient. Moreover, the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff, many of them spoke at least some English. Elegant interiors. Very good breakfast selections. Good bed, Clean and cozy in most ways. Spacious room. Good air conditioning.
I ordered a non-smoking room but still there were many cigarette burn holes in carpet and on tables. Noisy location in Furong square with cars and scooters beeping all the time. No shower, just a trunk in the bath and I could not adjust the heat of the water. It was either to cold or to hot.

Great breakfast with a lot of variety and fresh fruit. Staff members were friendly, helpful and prompt. The room was spacious and clean, with good air conditioning.
The room was quite noisy due to the street noise. There were a few issues with the bathroom, including an outdated bathtub, and difficulties with adjusting the water temperature.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the clean and cozy room with a good bed and good air conditioning. We appreciated the elegant interiors and the delicious breakfast selection with a good mixture of Eastern and Western dishes. The hotel's location in the heart of the city provided easy access to the metro station and other tourist attractions.
The noise level from the traffic and adjacent rooms was a bit disturbing, which might not be ideal for light sleepers. , some of the electrical equipment in the room made some unusual sounds that were a bit annoying.
